JUNIOR JAVA DEVELOPER

This job is for a Junior Java Developer position in our company. This position will imply learning new technologies and applying them in real world products, learning the company culture and developing programming discipline along with hands-on development of actual company projects. It will also imply communication with team members and clients so good English and good communication skills are a must have. Also, the employee must have ( or be willing to obtain ) a PFA ( Persoana Fizica Autorizata ) license on the basis of which our arrangements will be formed.

The ideal candidate would be smart and dedicated, willing to learn new technologies and poses excellent fundamental programming skills.

The candidate would have to poses rock-solid Object Oriented Programming skills, know the fundamentals of the Java programming language very well and also poses Data Modeling, UML and Design Patterns skills ( you know, the stuff they teach you in college during all those seminars we hope you didn't miss ;). Other technologies such as Java Frameworks ( Spring, HIbernate, JDBC, Servlets, JSP ) and Web Components ( XHTML, CSS, JavaScript/JS Frameworks ) are a definite plus.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent Java programmer, knowledgeable of design patterns and programming methodologies, responsible, intelligent, fun to work with and a great team player.

The candidate would have to know the Java programming language well ( 2+ years of programming experience in Java is mandatory ), JDK 1.5+, Spring, Hibernate, JSP, Servlets, Design Patterns and other various technologies. Web experience is prefferable also ( HTML, CSS, JavaScript )
